Connecting resources with opportunity — one community at a time.
Who We Are
Project WildFlowers is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in the greater Cleveland area. We work alongside community organizations, partners, and stakeholders to connect resources with opportunity — amplifying the work of those already on the ground doing the hard, daily work of building stronger communities.
We believe every community has what it needs to thrive. Sometimes it just needs a better path to get there. We build that path.
Our work centers on youth-centered initiatives and under-resourced communities — the places where the right connection can change everything.
"Same soil. More bloom."
What We Cultivate
Like wildflowers, the communities we serve don't need perfect conditions — they need the right support to do what they were always capable of doing.
Education, learning, and expanding access to opportunity — for youth, families, and the organizations that serve them.
Health, wellness, and the capacity to navigate adversity — building individuals and communities that bend but don't break.
Well-being, belonging, and the conditions for people and communities to live full, dignified, connected lives.
Legacy Fund
Tim McGee was the kind of person who did what’s right simply because it’s right. He showed up for people — not with calculation, not with conditions. He moved toward whoever needed something and extended himself without ceremony. He lived his whole life this way, without ever seeming to notice it was remarkable.
He knew what it felt like to be an underdog. And that’s what made him a champion of them.
The Donald Timothy McGee, Sr. Legacy Fund was created to put that same energy into the world — investing in youth, in opportunity, and in communities that need someone in their corner.
Because showing up for others is the most powerful thing a person can do. Be someone’s Tim.
Your gift invests in youth, opportunity, and communities that need someone in their corner — in Tim’s name.

Our Ecosystem
A thriving ecosystem needs more than roots. It needs the whole community working together.
Our core team — staff, board members, and official organizational leaders who build and sustain the work of Project WildFlowers.
Our partners and volunteers — community contributors who cross-pollinate ideas, skills, and connections across the ecosystem.
Our broader community — followers, supporters, and advocates whose awareness and engagement spreads what we're growing.
